Prior to the programme start, participants will complete a questionnaire about their personal leadership journey, reflecting on past accomplishments, future goals, leadership experiences and challenges faced. Participants will then apply the programme’s teachings to their own roles and ambitions. Within the framework of self, organisation and context, we will incorporate each participant’s personal leadership journey to develop a tailored leadership narrative. This process serves as a valuable self-awareness tool, helping participants gain deeper insight into their strengths, weaknesses and values. Participants will also engage in peer-to-peer learning by sharing their personal reflections.
Participants will uncover their authentic leadership identities through this session. The aim is to help them build greater situational awareness and balance authenticity with adaptability. They will also learn how to create and cultivate different leadership identities or selves by exploring a range of behaviours.
Participants will explore similarities and connections between music performance and leadership innovation. The session will focus on transforming knowledge and experience from the performing arts into core leadership principles that can be understood and applied across any industry.
The session will help participants to develop a greater understanding of coaching as a powerful leadership tool. Through the course of the session, participants will practise and get feedback on their coaching skills and style.
Lessons from Shakespeare – Participants will be introduced to Shakespeare’s most inspired and inspiring leader, Henry V, and explore the various leadership challenges Henry V faced.
Participants will examine the key drivers of high-performing organisations, focusing on goals, roles, processes, and interpersonal relationships. This session will include dynamic activities designed to translate organisational theory into actionable leadership strategies that are applicable across diverse business environments.
This session explores the concept of organisational change and how successful leaders lead effectively through change with clarity and confidence. Through the session, participants will conduct a critical assessment of various leadership models and discuss what leaders can learn from them.
This session will examine how feelings, thoughts, words and actions help or hinder our ability to work well in groups and teams. Participants will also understand and practise how they might apply these ideas and practices in their leadership of groups and teams to increase effectiveness and to nurture healthy relationships.
To leverage the transformative potential of generative AI, it’s crucial to understand its underlying principles. In this session, participants will also investigate the ethical and operational pitfalls associated with AI adoption and gain a balanced perspective on leveraging this technology responsibly and effectively.

Participants will examine convergent (linear) and divergent (non-linear) thinking through hands-on activities. The session will highlight the importance of deep work and creating a distraction-free environment to enhance cognitive abilities. Through an exercise that explores the four stages of creative thinking, participants will derive and compare multiple solutions. The session will also cover the Innovator’s DNA, which focuses on five key discovery skills.
Starting with the history of tech-driven innovations and continuously accelerating disruptions, this session will cover the evolution of AI driven solutions and opportunities. Participants will identify how AI can be used to make better decisions and understand how to develop and execute an AI strategy.
The live virtual modules begin with the real-life leadership journey of an outstanding global leader. We will learn about the challenges this leader faced and overcame, as well as advice on reaching and maintaining top leadership positions.
Explore the science of leadership, teams and resilience from a neuroscience perspective.
